Orders:
We will accept orders via our secure online Paypal purchasing system, please note again that you do not require a Paypal account to make card payments on this site. Order Processing:
Orders received before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched that same day, orders received after 2:00 pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the next working day. For example an order received at 3:00 pm on a Thursday would be processed and dispatched the following day, providing that the following Friday is a normal working day and not a U.K. national holiday. Orders received on a Friday at 3:00 pm or on a Saturday at 9:00 am would be processed on the following Monday, providing also that the Monday is a normal working day.
Delivery:
We ship all items free of charge to any location in the UK and will ship internationally at current international mail or courier rates.
Returns: We want to offer a no nonsense simple to operate returns policy with our service, your complete 100% satisfaction is our aim. Every item that leaves Glentress Sports is carefully inspected for quality before dispatch, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please return the items unworn and in the original packaging and we will arrange a total refund or exchange. If the items have been worn and you become unhappy with them, please send an email to customerservice@glentress-sports.com within 30 days of your purchase date letting us know what the problem is. We will contact you to discuss what to do next.
The cost of returning faulty or damaged goods will be reimbursed in full by Glentress Sports, however if you are returning goods simply due to a change of mind or any other circumstance beyond our control, then delivery charges to return the item(s) to us will be your responsibility including products lost in transit, we therefore suggest that you use a postal service that will guarantee delivery and/or will ensure the merchandise against loss or damage in transit. If you are in any doubt at all, please call us or send us a mail and we will always try to meet a satisfactory conclusion.
